I played a Maitre d’ in a New York restaurant who has to kick out Ron Rifkin. He is 5'5" and I'm almost 6'. The cameraman couldn't fit us both in the frame. So I bent my knees and walked like Groucho Marx in every take. I had to remind myself: they could've hired somebody shorter, but they LIKED ME. A sweet movie.
